Well equipped cupping laboratories run by an experienced and capable team of coffee cuppers ensure a perfect quality control at all stages of coffee processing, from the reception of the lots to the final preparation and shipment procedures.

 

The storage and processing units, strategically located in the towns of Varginha and Albertina, in Minas Gerais, and Espírito Santo do Pinhal, in São Paulo, have the combined capacity to store and process over 1.5 million bags per year in 43,000 square feet of warehouses.

 

Costa Café’s modern equipment undergoes perfect maintenance to guarantee careful processing of the coffees and the ability to cater to the needs of the clients. The extensive experience acquired by Costa Café in its area of activity allows it to go beyond the stuffing of containers in bulk or big-bags and standout as one of the few Brazilian coffee exporters able to stuff 350 bags in the traditional 20ft containers, which allows significant cost reduction for the clients.

 

The company’s excellent transportation logistics between the processing units and Santos harbor make it possible for Costa Café to stuff containers and deliver them to the port on the same day.
